- PLAN, SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN. AND INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION (ISFSI) SECURITY PROGRAM. REVISION 5 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2) and 10 CFR 72.186(b), Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc.
(DEK) submits Revision 5 to Kewaunee's Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program (the plan) as an enclosure to this letter. The plan became effective February 18, 2015. The changes that were made to the plan did not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
The enclosed material contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.22 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
