Enclosed is a copy of the Final Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impactrelated to your application dated July 7, 2005, as supplemented on August 15, September 30,and December 6, 9, and 22, 2005, and January 11 and 25, February 16, March 3 and 24, andMay 9 and 18, 2006, for the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant. The proposed amendment would authorize increasing the maximum steady-state reactor core power level from 1520 megawatts thermal (MWt) to 1775 MWt, which is an increase of approximately 16.8 percent.
