Welcome to the NRC's Open House Associated with the Environmental Review for the Proposed License Renewal at Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units I and 2 This open house is intended to provide an opportunity for interested members of the public and staff from other Federal, State, and local agencies to interact with the NRC staff in an informal information exchange.The NRC is gathering information necessary to prepare a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) related to the proposed renewal of the operating licenses for Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2. Please note that if you wish to provide formal comments regarding the scope of the environmental review for Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2, they can be presented at either session of today's transcribed public meetings.
II. Overview of License Renewal Process                   15 minutes (Y. Diaz Sanabria)
Alternatively, they can be provided in writing or electronically by January 2, 2007. Comments received after this date will be considered while developing the draft SEIS if it is practical to do so, but the NRC staff is able to assure consideration only for comments received on or before January 2, 2007.
