To conduct a working level-discussion related to the NRC staffs reactor systems safety review of PPLs proposed extended power uprate application and to discuss PPLs implementation plans for long-term stability solution and anticipated transient without scram systems in support of a confirmatory staff audit proposed for September 2007.
