On May 4, 2015, the Confirmatory Order was relaxed by the NRC to allow EGC until November 30, 2015, to meet the requirements of Condition V.A.1. The NRC also relaxed the completion dates of Conditions V.A.2 and V.A.3. We understand from your letter that you are completing the final reviews of the revision to the Behavioral Observation Program procedure, as required by Condition V.A.1.
