Registration of Use of Casks to Store Spent Fuel 10 CFR 72.212 In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under§ 72.210,"
paragraph (b)(2), Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) is registering, with the NRC, the use of two casks under the general license to store spent fuel at Dresden Nuclear Power Station (DNPS). The casks were placed into service with spent fuel on May 14, 2024, and May 23, 2024. This registration is required to be submitted within 30-days of the first placement (i.e.,
June 13, 2024). The following information is provided in accordance with 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2):
