The second category includes UFSAR changes that became effective subsequent to January 22, 1999, were determined to be acceptable, and were ready for reporting at this time. These two categories of changes are included in Attachment 1 to this letter.
The third            category involves previously identified UFSAR changes that,        as    part of restart-related discovery efforts, have been deemed to require additional review and resolution.                These issues are being resolved as part of our restart efforts and, therefore, will not be included in the UFSAR update, at this time.
