By letter dated February 26, 2009, Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD), in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q), requested NRC approval to adopt revised Emergency Action Level documents based on NEI 99-01, Rev.5, for use in the Cooper Nuclear Station Emergency Plan.         The purpose of this letter is to provide the results of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff
By letter dated February 26, 2009, Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD), in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q), requested NRC approval to adopt revised Emergency Action Level documents based on NEI 99-01, Rev.5, for use in the Cooper Nuclear Station Emergency Plan.
