Dear Mr. Franke:

In a telephone conversation on May 05, 2009, between Mr. Floyd Lawrence, Initial License Training Supervisor, and Mr. Gerard W. Laska, Senior Operations Examiner, arrangements were made for the administration of licensing examinations at the Crystal River Nuclear Plant.

The operating test is scheduled to be administered during the weeks of August 31, and September 14, 2009. The written examination is scheduled to be administered the week of September 21, 2009. The on-site preparatory week is scheduled for the week of August 3, 2009.
