Dear Mr. Hobbs:
By letter dated January 2, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML19029A018), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approved your request for a partial site release at Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant (CR-3).
Following issuance of the approval, certain errors were noted in the NRCs Safety Evaluation (SE) associated with the partial site release request. The errors did not affect the conclusions reached in the SE. A corrected copy of the SE is enclosed.
