Information from previous submittal reformatted into ISG-06 structure Relative generic information from most recent Grand Gulf PRNM RAIs will be incorporated ProDesCon Critical Design Review of the as-delivered PRNM System will be included 4
 
Columbia LAR and ISG-06 As-built Phase 2 information to be provided with Phase 1 submittal.
This includes:
As-executed validation and verification test performed by GEH Factory Acceptance Test performed by ENW Surveillance testing performed by ENW, and other Phase 2 deliverables 5
 
Columbia LAR and ISG-06 ENW plans to provide a commitment to perform compensatory actions as agreed upon during Phase 0 meeting Th The output t t off these th    actions ti    would ld be b submitted b itt d as a supplementary submittal of Phase 2 related information.

Columbia LAR and ISG-06 ENW looking for NRCs agreement on level of retroactive testing and/or analysis that will be expected.
This will ensure proper commitments are made by ENW to support the NRCs acceptance criteria.
