*Assessment conducted in accordance with Inspection Manual Chapter (IMC) 2517 until completion of IMC 2514 inspection program
* Align on path forward ROP Transition Plan for WBN2 l 2
*Action Matrix utilized after TVA notified of full transition into the ROP ROP Transition Plan for WBN2 l 3 Assessment Treatment of violations identified prior to implementation of Action Matrix
