On December 11, 2015, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a security baseline inspection at your Fermi Power Plant, Unit 2. The inspection covered one or more of the key attributes of the security cornerstone of the NRC's Reactor Oversight Process. The enclosed inspection report documents the inspection results, which were discussed on December 11, 2015, with Mr. M. O'Connor and other members of your staff.
On December 11, 2015, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a security baseline inspection at your Fermi Power Plant, Unit 2. The inspection covered one or more of the key attributes of the security cornerstone of the NRCs Reactor Oversight Process. The enclosed inspection report documents the inspection results, which were discussed on December 11, 2015, with Mr. M. OConnor and other members of your staff.


The NRC inspector documented one finding of very low security significance (Green) in this report. The finding involved a violation of NRC requirements. The NRC is treating this violation as a Non-Cited Violation (NCV) consistent with Section 2.3.2.a. of the Enforcement Policy.
