INFORMATION MEETING WITH A QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION TO DISCUSS NRC 2022 END-OF-CYCLE PLANT PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT OF FERMI POWER PLANT, UNIT 2

Dear Peter Dietrich:

This letter is to inform you that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will conduct an Information Meeting with a Question and Answer Session on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. EDT at the Monroe County Board of Commissioners Chambers, Monroe County Courthouse, 125 East Second Street, Monroe, Michigan. The purpose of this meeting is for the NRC staff to meet directly with members of the public to discuss regulatory and technical issues. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed throughout the meeting; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments toward regulatory decisions at this meeting. In addition, members of the NRC will be available to discuss the assessment of Fermi Power Plant, Unit 2 performance. DTE Energy Company is encouraged to participate in this meeting.
