Dear Nr. Bechhoefer:

On October 23, 1980, I made a request under 10 CPR 5 2.715 to make a limited appearance statement at the licensing. proceedings for the above captioned facilities.

I was notified by the Docketing and Service Section that my request was referred to the Board,.

In order for me to make a meaningful statement, necessary that I know which contentions of the various parties are it is being accepted by the Board for consideration. A number'f specific contentions are of particular interest to me, including among othe'rs the possible inadequacy of the applicant's health 'effec'ts and population dose models, and the adequacy of the applicant's evacuation plans.

I understand that the 'policy of the Board is to provide those granted the right to make limited appeara'nce statements with 'only the notices of hearing, and the initial decision of the'oard.. This no doubt serves the needs of most of tho'se 'making appearances under I 2.715.

However, inasmuch as issues raised by the parties, I would like to address the I would like to recei've 'copies specific of all prior and future decisions and orders, pre-'hearing and otherwise, entered by the Board at the above 'captioned docket numbers.
