Dear Mr. Levy:
This is in response to your letter dated November 21, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Infonnation Act, reports concerning the construction and operation of the Susquehanna plant in Berwick, Pennsylvania.
This confirms the information relayed during the telephone conversation between you and Linda Robinson on November 26, 1985.
The NRC routinely places records regarding Susquehanna Units 1 and 2 into the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) in Washington, DC 20555. As agreed, we are enclosing computer printouts of records maintained in the PDR related to the Susquehanna Unit 1, docket 50-387, and Unit 2, docket 50-388. Copies of inspection reports are among the records routinely made available for public inspection and copying at the PDR. We are also enclosing a notice that provides charges and procedures for obtaining records from the PDR.
