With regard to the referenced request .for a commitment to provide an interlock prohibiting depressurization of the main steamline inboard main steamline isolation valve fails to close, we have reviewed if the the feasibility of providing the desired interlock.                       It appears the present switches on the inboard main 'steamline isolation valves can be changed out for switches which can accommodate the desired interlock.
With regard to the referenced request.for a commitment to provide an interlock prohibiting depressurization of the main steamline if the inboard main steamline isolation valve fails to close, we have reviewed the feasibility of providing the desired interlock.
It appears the present switches on the inboard main'steamline isolation valves can be changed out for switches which can accommodate the desired interlock.
Therefore, we are proceeding on the basis the inteI"lock can be provided and are taking steps to modify the existing valves to accept tne interlock.
