The petitions were received timely on August 1, 2018, in accordance with the Order of the Secretary (Granting a Partial Extension) dated June 29, 2018 (Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML18180A185). The first petition was filed collectively by the Friends of the Earth, the Natural Resources Defense Council, and the Miami Waterkeeper, and the second petition was filed by the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy.
