MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (Providing Listen-Only Information for Prehearing Conference)
In a June 12, 2024 order, we scheduled a prehearing conference for Wednesday, July
17, 2024, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) to hear oral argument on the issues
presented in Miami Waterkeepers motion to admit new and amended contentions and its
request to waive certain provisions of 10 C.F.R. Part 51. 1 As provided in that order, members of
the public may observe the oral argument in the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panels
Hearing Room or may listen to the oral argument on a listen-only telephone line. 2
