[External_Sender] Preparing for the Sept.9,2019 Meeting in Md.

The Turkey Point Reactors need to have their Electrical Relays Serviced and Aging Parts Replaced,to allow them to function with more effectively.

We say this because, new safety control equipment can consume, more power during pulses or storms than that used 25 years ago.

Our review of the reeactors indicates very little else other than, repainting the outer metal service box components, that cause, visitors to think the reactors are to old to be safe and efffective, need to be done at this time.

Should the addition of new reactors there be discussed, the NRC should be able to respond to who do not want reactors, "These two reactors have increased the extent of wildfowl in the state, by 36% since they were built, because their outflow pipes, have warmed formerly colder.processed sewerage outflow water, in abandoned bogs adequately to allow migraating wildfowl, from the west and south amercia to lay their eggs near homestead and reproduce their species and then fly home the next season.

They have been so effective, several new feeding stations, are being built in the Everglades and near Orlando Parks, friends in the Audobon Society tells us."

The NRC could also say,the land areas around the proposed, new reactors, will be planted with Clover Grasses and irrigated, with the new low water conumption drip irrigation systems, so that two million Honey Bees, can be grown there without, their being weakened by the use of clorpyrifos,as they grow.

As warm outflow waters are extended further out into the ocean, to prevent local keys aquafier water from being contaminated.

and a small boaters safety light house tower is built there, with adequate outriggers,to allow visiting birds to come there, as they, lay and hatch their eggs, during sprring migration season.

These planning for the future concepts from our planning office, should help get the FPL new reactor request approved.

without pro wildlife groups blocking its approval.
