The Licensing Board will conduct a prehearing conference call on Thursday, October 4, 2018, at 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), to establish the date and location for oral arguments concerning the admissibility of the contentions proffered by petitioners (1) Southern Alliance for Clean Energy; (2) Friends of the Earth, Inc., Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc., and Miami Waterkeeper, Inc.; and (3) Mr. Albert Gomez.
The Boards law clerk, Sarah Ladin, will contact the parties to provide the telephone number and passcode for the conference call. Members of the public who wish to listen to the conference call on a listen-only telephone line may obtain the access information from Ms.

The conference call will be transcribed, and the transcript will promptly be placed in the NRCs electronic hearing docket, where it may be accessed by the public.
