ORDER Friends of the Earth, Natural Resources Defense Council, and Miami Waterkeeper have filed a petition for review of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards decisions, LBP-19-3 and LBP-19-6. 1 Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(e), I hereby extend the time for the Commissions consideration of the petition pending further order of the Commission.
