Hope Creek Generating Station Docket No. 50-354 License Amendment Request H10-01:, "Application for Technical Specification Change Regarding Risk-Informed Justification for the -Relocation of Specific Surveillance Frequency Requirements to a Licensee Controlled Program" PSEG Nuclear LLC submitted the subject amendment request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on March 19, 2010. The proposed amendment would revise the Hope Creek Technical Specifications by relocating specific surveillance frequencies to a licensee controlled program with the implementation of Nuclear Energy Institute 04-10, "Risk -Informed Technical Specifications Initiative 5b, Risk-Informed Method for Control of Surveillance Frequencies." The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91 (b).
