ULNRC-04158, dated December 3, 1999 The referenced letter transmitted Figure 14.9, Callaway Plant Pressure and Temperature Limits Report (PTLR), Revision 0, to the NRC. The PTLR was subsequently approved on March 24, 2000 as Amendment 134 to the Callaway Operating License. The PTLR has been revised to Revision 3. Revision 3 incorporates information contained in the Westinghouse test report WCAP-15400, Revision 0, "Analysis of Capsule X from the AmerenUE Callaway Unit 1 Reactor Vessel Radiation Surveillance Program".

Attached is the current PTLR, Revision 3. Revision 3 is provided to the NRC staff in accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification (TS) 5.6.6.c. Prior PTLR revisions were processed in accordance with the approved methodology, but were not formally transmitted to the NRC. Future revisions to the PTLR will be transmitted to the NRC in accordance with TS 5.6.6.c.
