SHUTDOWN FOR CONDEtiSER REPA!RS On November 8,1988, Unit 2 was shut down for condenser repairs. The repair work includes a leak in a steam line inside the condenser, which was identified on Noventer 3,1988, and a condenser tube leak, which wal observed on November 6,1988. The unit is expected to return to service on Novenber 11,19E8.

The State of Minnesota will be actified.

Region III (Chicago) was notifiet of the planned shutdown by the Senior Resident Inspector at 4: 15 p.m. on Novenber 7,1938. This information is current as of 9 a.m., November 8, 1988.
