Withdrawal of Proposed Technical Specification Chante - Containment Isolation Valves _ _
Purcuant to 10CFR2.107. Detroit Edison requests the Reference 2 Operating Licence Amendment application be withdrown. Reference 2 proposed Technical Specification (TS) changes to improve consistency amongst Specifications which address containment isolation valves.
Reference 2 also proposed to change TS 3/4.6.4.2. " React or Building to Suppression Chamber Vacuum Breakers,". to include the air-operated isolation valve associated with the vacuum breaker check valves.
Discussions with the NRC staf f have led to the conclusion that these changes should be withdrawn.
