Dear Samuel Lee:

The purpose of this letter is to submit to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) the monthly Security Incident Log for Centrus Energy Corp. at Bethesda, Maryland; American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO) in Piketon, Ohio; and ACO in Oak Ridge, Tennessee as Enclosures 1, 2, and 3 respectively.

In accordance with 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 95.57(b), facilities with a NRC-approved security program are required to notify the NRC of the monthly Security Incident Log entries made at the facility.

Enclosures 1, 2, and 3 contain Security-Related Information and ACO requests these enclosures be withheld from public disclosure per 10 CFR 2.390(d)(l).
