American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO) hereby submits to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) information for a Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) and Facility Clearance Determination for CRM Land Surveying, LTD.
CRM Land Surveying, LTD is a land surveying company with more than 37 years of experience in the land survey industry and currently employs "Q" cleared personnel. In support of ACO's (subsidiary of Centrus Energy Corp.) continued operations, CRM Land Surveying, LTD personnel are familiar with, and have knowledge of, the facilities and grounds as well as a clear understanding of the task order process.

- 4. Standard Practice Procedures Plan
- 5. Standard Practice Procedures Plan (SPPP) Information for Contractor Non-Possessing Facility Clearances contains Controlled Unclassified Information, Privacy, Security Related Information, and Official Use Only; therefore, CRM Land Surveying, LTD requests that this enclosure be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 Code of Federal Regulations 2.390( d)(l ).
