Dear Craig Erlanger:
The purpose of this letter is to re-submit to the U.S.
uclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) a complete replacement of the subject letter (Ref: ML24335A247). In accordance with Reference 1, H-S Whitson Construction Co. Inc., has been requested to submit the Electronic Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (e-FOCI) information.
Therefore, American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO) hereby submits Standard Practice Procedures Plan documentation requested by the NRC, the Cognizant Security Office (CSO) for H-S Whitson Construction Co.,
Inc., to request the issuance of a facility security clearance.
H-S Whitson Construction Co., Inc., is a general construction contractor with more than 30 years of experience in the commercial construction industry and currently employs "Q" cleared personnel. In support of ACO's (subsidiary of Centrus Energy Corp.) continued operations, H-S Information transmitted herewith contains CUI // SP-SRI Security-Related Information-Withhold Under IO CFR 2.390 When separated from Enclosure 1, this letter is uncontrolled.

- 2. Standard Practice Procedures Plan (SPPP) Information for Contractor Non-Possessing Facility Clearances contains Security-Related Information; therefore, ACO requests this enclosure be withheld from public disclosure per 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 2.390( d)(l ).
