B2.1.31 N/A Scope of Program program element of GALL-SLR XI.S4 states, in part, [t]he aging effects associated with containment pressure-retaining boundary components within the scope of subsequent license renewal and excluded from Type B or C Appendix J testing must still be managed.

Other programs may be credited for managing the aging effects associated with these components; however, the component and the proposed AMP should be clearly identified.

Scope of Program program element in the ONS AMP basis document of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix J (SLR-ONS-AMPR-XI.S4, Rev.1) provides a table (Table 4.1-

1) that identifies the penetrations excluded from Type C containment isolation value testing and provides the AMPs that are credited with managing the applicable aging effects. However, it appears that the in-scope components excluded from Type B (containment penetration leak rate) testing and proposed AMPs are not mentioned.

Please identify the in-scope components that are excluded from Type B testing, and associated AMPs credited for managing the aging effects in keeping with Scope of Program element of GALL-SLR XI.S4.
