1. The physical arrangement of the nuclear island structures and the annex building is as described in the Design Description of this Section 3.3 and Figures 3.3-1 through 3.3-14. The physical arrangement of the radwaste building, the turbine building, and the diesel generator building is as described in the Design Description of this Section 3.3.

Inspections. Tests. Analyses An inspection of the nuclear island structures, the annex building, the radwaste building, the turbine building, and the diesel generator building will be performed.

Acceptance Criteria The as-built nuclear island structures, the annex building, the radwaste building, the turbine building, and the diesel generator building conform with the physical arrangement as described in the Design Description of this Section 3.3 and Figures 3.3-1 through 3.3-14.

ITAAC Determination Basis An inspection of the as-built nuclear island structures, the annex building, radwaste building, turbine building and the diesel generator building is conducted after completion of construction to confirm the physical arrangement as described in the Design Description of Combined License (COL) Appendix C Section 3.3. This inspection encompasses the structures, systems, and components(SSCs)identified in the COL Appendix C Section 3.3, Design Description, including those in Figures 3.3-1 through 3.3-14.

The inspection (walkdown) was completed in accordance with ND-RA-001-012, Functional and Physical Arrangement Scoping Process (Reference 1), which required the preparation of a detailed inspection plan. This inspection plan included the use of detailed drawings such as architectural drawings and room numbering plans to perform visual observations and compare the as built structures to the Design Description and Figures 3.3-1 through 3.3-14.

The inspection results are documented in the Unit 3 Principal Closure Document(Reference 2) supporting the Unit 3 ITAAC 3.3.00.01 Completion Package (Reference 3) and verified the SSCs are physically arranged and located to perform the functions described in the Design Description and referenced figures. The inspection results confirm that the as-built nuclear island structures, the annex building, radwaste building, turbine building, and the diesel generator building conform with the physical arrangement as described in the COL Appendix C Section 3.3, Design Description and Figures 3.3-1 through 3.3-14.

The Unit 3 Principal Closure Document(Reference 2) is available for NRC inspection as part of the Unit 3 ITAAC 3.3.00.01 Completion Package (Reference 3).
