Dear Sirs:

License No. SNM-928, Amendment 21, Condition 27(e) requires an annual report describing all changes, tests, and experiments made during the previous year. The Cimarron Radiation Protection Plan requires submittal of formal report to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission annually if no changes, tests or experiments were approved by the ALARA Committee.

Pursuant to this License Condition and the Radiation Protection Plan, Environmental Properties Management LLC (EPM) reports that no changes, tests, or experiments were approved by the ALARA Committee during calendar year 2020.
