Dear Mr. Hesemann,
Thank you for providing DEQ with the referenced letter. DEQ approves the request to investigate the possible purchase of insurance as described, such investigation to include identifying potential insurers and contacting the entities to ascertain potential coverage options, associated costs, and requirements that would be imposed upon the Cimarron Environmental Response Trust (CERT) to obtain coverage.
