SUBJECT:
CONTAINMENT COOLING SYSTEM OPERABILITY FOR THE NUCLEAR POWER PLANT is a memorandum from R. Houston to G. Lainas dated February 28 1983, which transmits an evaluation of the Kewaunee Containment Cooling Systems Operability as requested in the menorandum from.J. F. Streeter to S. A. Varga dated April 15, 1982.
The enclosed letter (Enclosure 2) was sent to the Wisconsin Public Service Corporation to request that they review the matter and propose an amendment appropriate to the Kewaunee Technical Specifications.
letters will be sent to the other licensed PWR facilities which do n Similar Standard Technical Specifications (Enclosure 3) if the Project Manager for the facility determines that the same problem exists.
This action completes the NRR responsibilities under TIA 82-16 for the response to the Streeter to Varga memo dated April 15, 1982.
