" MISCELLANEOUS CHANGES TO 10 CFR PART 72, LICENSING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE INDEPENDENT STORAGE OF SPENT NUCLEAR FUEL AND HIGH-LEVEL RADIOACTIVE WASTE" The Office of the Chief Information Officer has reviewed the subject proposed rule for Paperwork Reduction Act implications and concurs in. However, the rule contains an information collection requirement that must be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for their review and approval at the same time the rule is submitted for publication. Therefore, publication of the rule has been put on hold with the Office of Administration until the OMB submittalis completed.
