subjects Updates for Rulemaking Status Here are updates for two rulemaking plans that have been issued for Office concurrence:

1. Changes to Part 72, Expand Applicability to Include Certificate Holders---

(Tpny DiPalo rule)

"The rulemaking plan is on hold pending resolution of a legal concern raised by the Office of Enforcement. This concarn is expected to be addressed by OGC management during the week of March 10."

Lou suggests that we show a slip of two weeks to be consistent with the EDO's tracking system

3. Miscellaneous Changes to 10 CFR Part 72---(Mark Au)

" Concurrence on the rulemaking plan has been obtained from all Offices.

The package is with the RES Office Director for approval to transmit to the EDO."

Lou suggests that we show no slip since a schedule change has not been obtained-it is anticipated that RES Office rpproval will be obtained shortly.
