that a NLO be given on the rulemaking package, except for the OMB clearance package. That package is now being reviewed by Gerri Fehst and Trip Rothschild.

I do not anticipate hearing from the General Counsel and Gerri/ Trip until next week.

1. By E-Mail on 2/13/98, Neil Jensen advised that he recommended to General Counsel that a "No Legal Objection" be given on the subject rulemaking package, except for the OMB clearance package to be reviewed by Gerri Fehst &

Trip Rothchild.

2. A follow-up on the OMB clearance package this AM on 2/17/98, Trip Rothchild informed me that they had no objection to the Paperwork Reduction package that would accompany the subject rulemaking package and confirmed by E-Mail to me.
