Deletion of CIO from Office Conc Memo on Rulemaking Pkgs

Trish, When Brenda Shelton concurred on Mark Au's proposed rule pkg this afternoon, she said it is not necessary to send the pkg to both Anthony Galante and herself for concurrence because her branch is now a part of OCIO, instead of former IRM.

Thus, for all office conc pkgs, we should address the memo only to Brenda --

do not include A. Galante. Similarly, in the conc block, we should have only one block for Brenda.
