We have completed a preliminary review of your submittal dated August 28, 1987 (P-87278), concerning Plant Protective System (PPS) setpoints for Fort St. Vrain.

This review was performed by our contractor, EG&G Idaho, Inc.

This review was to evaluate the proposed Technical Specification (TS) changes submitted by you for specific changes to the Limiting Safety System Settings- i and Reactor Protective System Instrumentation. These changes were primarily-to account for instrumentation inaccuracy"per the methodology of Instrument _;
