As stated in the Board's Order of February 20, 1975, l
the Board was aware that the question concerning the l

February 7, 1975 meeting was moot but recognized that the motion would be relevant to future meetings between PGandE and Staff.
The Board received a response from PGandE dated February 28, 1975 and from the NRC Regulatory Staff dated March 7, 1975.
The parties are in agreement for the reasons stated that such meetings are proper and necessary for a full development of the parties' responsibilities and that any substantive information will be reflected in their 1
I published documents pertaining to the proceeding.

Board also agrees with the Staff that it would be inappro-priate for the Board to interfere with the Staf f's independent review process, including the scheduling of meetings with the various parties.
The motion is herewith denied.
