ORDER RELATIVE TO SCENIC SHORELINE'S MOTION ON NOTIFICATION OF MEETINGS, ETC.

In an undated document postmarked March 29, 1976, Scenic Shoreline Preservation Conference, Inc., filed a " Motion on Notification of Meetings, Establishment of a Seismic Review Committee, and Government Examination of Design Calculations" P G and E responded on April 9,.1976, and the NRC Staff responded on April 12, 1976 P G and E is correct in paragraph 1 that the Board considers meetings between two or more of the parties without all parties being present an acceptable procedure.

The Staff in considerable detail has set forth the basis for its conclusion that the motion should be denied in its entirety.

The Board concurs with the Staff

and the motion is hereby denied.
