LATE RESPONSE TO CONGRESSIONAL MAIL f

I The response to Representative Lagomarsino's letter concerning his constituent, Mr. DeVincenzo, is late because I postponed writing it until the last minute.

At the time the letter was received I was quite busy, primarily with matters related to the recent serious schedule slip on Diablo Canyan.

In addition, I underestimated the time needed for processing by I

thinking in terms of the simple green ticket letters which the branch chief signs. Of course, once I wrote it, all parties cooperated and typed it anc concurred very quickly.
