Item 1: The frecuency of watch patrols will be increasedh%~M

Item 2: Annual requalification of all watchmen will be completed by having the personnel review the original qualification document with their supervisor. Each individual and supervisor will sign and date the form at the time of each raview.

.m u Item 4: All individuals authorized entry into thet R have been reminded of the importance of checking the intrusion alarm' on seven-day (or less) intervals. This should insure testing at the required frequency.

Item 5: Following failure of the, alarm system,' the unit was examined and the defective ' switch repaired. Satisfactory tests since the date of repair indicate that the maintenance was adequate.
