Docket No. 50-186 Columbia Based on the. inspection conducted on December 6-8, 1977, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC re-quirements, as noted below.
Items 1 through 3 are infractions, and items 4 and 5 are deficiencies.
