ENCLOSURE The Curators of the University of Missouri - Columbia License No. R-103
' NOTICE OF VOLATION 10 CFR 73.40 requires that the security plan submitted by the licensee be followed after March 6, 1974.
The University of Missouri (Columbia) Revised Physical Security Plan dated September 15, 1974, was submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation and subsequently found acceptable.
Based on the results of the physical protection inspection conducted during the period of March 16 and 17, 1976, at the Research Reactor facility, it appears that certain of your activities, as indicated below, were not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements.
