BYRON NUCLEAR POWER STATION EFFLUENT AND WASTE DISPOSAL SEMIANNUAL REPORT FOR JANUARY -JUNE,1986 ADDENDUM A. There were 2 major changes to the Radwaste Treatment Systems. The first change was the addition of a second liquid release tank (OWXO26T). The second change was the addition of a second regenerative waste drain tank (OWXO25T).

B. There were no changes to the Process Control Program. There were no radiation monitors which were inoperable for a period of time longer than specified in the Technical specifications. There were no liquid holdup tanks or gas decay tanks which exceeded the limits addressed in the Technical Specifications.
