DRAFT PROPOSAL DATED SEPTEMBER 8, 1986 FROM ILLINOIS FOR SECTION 2746 AGREEMENT We have reviewed the subject draft, as you requested in your memorandum to D. F. Ross, dated September 10, 1986. The revised Illinois draft regulations are consistent with the changes we had requested in our memorandum of October 1, 1985. In particular, the provisions of 1340.2(c)(f) of the Illinois rule are now consistent with 520.203(c)(f) of the NRC regulations. Consequently, we have no further objection to the application by Illinois for agreement state status.
