2) Siting a Low-Level Waste Disposal Facility: The Illinois Low ,

Level Radioactive Waste Managaement Act requires the Director of the Department of Nuclear Safety to select a site for the low-level radioactive waste facility. In conjunction with this, the Act establishes the following procedures: (1) the State Geologic
