At this stage in the licensing procedure it is the staff's position that, the applicant has supplied sufficient information on the

radiological environmental monitoring program. In those areas where

The preoperational and operational programs in their entirety will be presented in the operating license stage ES, and will be based on the program presented in Regulatory Guide 4.8 (to be published).
