WNP-3 OPERATING LICENSE REVIEW COSTS 4
10 CFR 170 of the Comission's regulations for license fees was revised l
ef fective June 20, 1934. Section 170.12(b) of the revised rule provides that for applications for operating license (0L) review which have been pending with the Commission for six months or longer, billings would be made at six-month intervals until the review is completed, whichever is earlier.
In accordance with Section 170.12(b), we have reviewed the cost incurred by the various program offices directly involved in processing the operating license for the period June 24, 1984 through December 22, 1984. Attached is a summary of the review costs as well as.the supporting documentation from the program offices. The attachment shows that a total of $71,569 was expenced from June 24, 1984 through December 22, 1984 for the OL review. Cost adjustments totaling $800 were made by HRR (see my memo to files dated 9/30/85) for the previous billing period, leaving a balance due of $70,709.
